Managing lead times, backorders, substitutions, and deliveries.

Coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and trades.

Tracking budgets and approvals.

On-site coordination with contractors.

Quality checks to ensure everything is installed as designed.

Regular communication with the client on progress.

Furniture install and placement.

Artwork, accessories, textiles, and styling details.

Final adjustments and walk-through.
