CANDACE
Hi! I’m Candace, Principal Director of Lynnridge Designs. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on residential homes, crafting spaces that are both functional and visually appealing for my clients. A core part of my role is grasping my client's vision and turning it into a design that suits their lifestyle, preferences, and budget.
With a deep understanding of architecture, spatial planning, and the Ontario Building Code, I work effectively with general contractors, electricians, plumbers, and other professionals to ensure the designs are as practical as they are beautiful.
I can save you time by managing every aspect of the design process, from planning to execution, all with the goal of transforming your space into a fresh vision.
JONATHAN
Hello, I’m Jonathan, BCIN Home Designer and Red Seal Carpenter. I began my construction journey over 20 years ago, from building custom homes all over Canada to commercial renovations, home renovations, and home additions, I am no stranger to the industry.
As a BCIN designer, I can design, draft plans, and stamp drawings that will be readily available for a client to apply for building permits for a project within Ontario. I am qualified to design a one-story residential house and up to three storeys, with a building area of 600 square meters (6458 square feet) or less, and any of their accessory buildings such as a laneway home, garden suite, or garage. I can also provide services with any type of renovation, addition, or conversion such as load-bearing wall removal or egress entrance/exit.
When you work with me, you’re getting more than just a designer – you’re partnering with someone who not only understands the codes but has hands-on experience building the very projects I design.
KRISTY
Hello, I'm Kristy, an Interior Design Consultant with Lynnridge Designs. Prior to this, I worked as a Sprinkler Designer and Fire Protection Engineering Technologist, but I craved a career that allowed me to explore my creative side. That's when I decided to pursue Interior Design, which has always been a passion of mine.
My previous experience in preparing AutoCad/CAD layouts for permit reviews, makes me a valuable asset to your project. Whether you're aiming for a bold and colourful look or something more subtle, I'm up for the challenge. So, if you're ready to bring your vision to life, let's work together!
